Remember that 4 year old.....

....shower door that was missing the installation instructions and the nuts, bolts, rollers and all of the other parts?

TADA!!! Before.....
.....and after. Other than having to wipe the damn thing down after every shower, I like it.

On another home improvement front, I've asked for a new kitchen counter top
for my birthday this year. Steve has refused for years to replace just the counter top because he wants to re-do the entire kitchen. Don't want that. While I have very little cupboard space, we have added shelves, cubbies with baskets and I have a pantry in the snorage room. Don't need no stinkin' new kitchen just a counter top!!!

Oh I love the shower door..I have to wipe mine everytime too. but ist is worth it..I left a squeegee in my brothers bathroom and he never used it..when he moved out I spent a day scrubbing that scum off. Well not a whole day but a feww hours of my life.

I need new countertops too, and new appliances, but it might be a cold day in H*ll bfore I get either.

We used to have a shower door, but I hated it and had it removed.

The new shower door definitely looks a lot better. Too bad it's higher maintenance.

looks like you've been crafty making the valance! I love it!

I prefer shower doors to curtains anytime...worth having to squeegee it every morning.

That looks awersome! My shower has glass just the same as that,,just not as large as that. I use this mitten everytime I shower to keep it "scum free" no ned ofr detergents then. It is called an "ENJO glove".
LOL, "No stinkin' new kitchen" I love it. Plenty of nice new colors to use for a bench top too :)

I like to shower outside with hose.

Is that so wrong?

I still have a shower curtain, but I like it... it goes on a 90 degree angle. But I love your shower doors, did Steve do it? Or did you have to spend money and get someone in to do the work?

I pull our shower curtains completely closed, and water still gets on the floor.
I want a shower door like yours.
